The transfer of information to a third party occurs when information included on applications for products are sent to financial institutions (i.e. life insurance applications to a Life Insurance Company or RRSP application to a Mutual Fund Company).
We use methods of communication that are geared toward the sensitivity of the information being communicated, which can include face-to-face, telephone, regular email, financial institutions’ client portals, Canada Post’s epost secure collaboration service, and will consider the customer’s choice of communication.
Clients may view their complete file we have about their account at anytime.
Client information is kept confidential and not used for any reason than to service your account.
Information is kept safe and secure, and is kept only for the time required to provide our services and meet regulatory requirements.
